Chad received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky
in 2005, and then went on to complete his Juris Doctorate at the
University of Dayton School of Law in 2008. Chad guides many families
in Northern Kentucky and Ohio through their divorce, custody and
family law matters. Chad focuses his practice in family law matters
in Hamilton, Clermont, Warren and Butler Counties in Ohio; and in
Kenton, Campbell and Boone Counties in Kentucky.
As a domestic relations and family law attorney, Chad thrives on
helping people by finding creative solutions that fit their unique
situations. His extended experience in the practice area and dedication
to client interaction are major contributors to his continued success.
He works very hard to develop a strategy catered to the client’s
individual needs and goals. Chad is confident and prepared to zealously
advocate for his client’s interests in the most complex, challenging,
and high conflict situations.
While the majority of Chad’s practice is spent in the courtroom
litigating, he believes it is important to educate his clients on
options to resolve conflicts outside of court. Through Chad’s experience
in practicing collaborative law and mediation, he has been able
to help people respectfully negotiate creative resolutions, designed
to meet their interests and objectives, in a manner that would be
very difficult, if not impossible, for a court to do through traditional
litigation.
Chad is recognized by the Ohio Supreme Court as a domestic relations
mediator and a parenting coordinator.
